Add Value Consulting Inc. (AVCI) believes in thoroughly reviewing and redesigning existing business processes to measurably improve their effectiveness.

Education and Coaching

AVCI believes that the consultant must be a catalyst for change; he must understand the overall context in which he interviews and controls the impact of his actions.

Problems if any are therefore promptly addressed and overcome.
To demonstrate our commitment, we facilitate clients with the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect without penalty.
