How would you identify the areas, which can be improved

A team of AVCI consultants visits your organization for a
period of two days. They meet Heads of various functions,
understand issues, spend time on the floor and conduct a
detailed DIAGNOSIS of your current processes. Collection of
primary and secondary data of key processes is done
simultaneously. On completion of the diagnosis, a brief
presentation is made to the TOP management. Strategic
Roadmap for further improvements is discussed and finalized.
How much time would it require for our organization to
really become Lean (World Class)?
It depends on your current state and the objectives,
which you want to achieve. On an average, each organization
should conduct at least 6-8 Value Adding Workshops- VAW™ to
the benefit in totality.
