 Lean Kaizen Manufacturing Workshop

Add Value Consulting Inc.’s (AVCI’s) primary, proven and successful improvement tool is Value Adding Workshops - VAW™. 

It is a 5 day Lean Breakthrough Event and  encompasses various aspects of an enterprise using the 3P Model.

The 5 Day Approach:

Day1: Form dedicated cross- functional teams with your people, share the basic concepts and decide the objectives, which need to be met at the end of the workshop.

Day2: Day2 onwards teams alongwith the consultants work on the shop floor. They are able to 'SEE' and ‘OBSERVE’ value added and non-value added activities / time. Subsequently they are able to reconfigure the material flow and information flow to achieve one-piece flow having substantially reduced throughput time.

Teams are empowered to suggest, discuss and implement the most effective changes on an immediate basis.
